Please follow the steps below to help resolve issues when you cannot see Sleep Data:
1. Make sure Sleep Patterns are enabled within the Sleep tab
- Connect your Sleepbuds
- Log in or create an account
- Go to the top right cog button on the Sleep tab and tap it
- Enable Sleep Patterns at the top
2. Make sure you're logged in to your Ozlo account
- If you have not created an Ozlo account, create one in the Sleep tab.
- If you know you already have data, pull down on the main Sleep tab to refresh
- If this happens directly after update:
- Connect using the app and toggle off sleep data and toggle it back on. From then on it should work normally
