Please follow the steps below to help resolve issues when errors are shown when uploading data.<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">If the error is &quot;no sleep data found&quot;, the data may have been insufficient for us to process and find Sleep Patterns. Please refer to &#x201C;No sleep data found&#x201D; when uploading.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">If a connection error occurs, when prompted, retry uploading your data.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">If the error is &quot;processing taking longer than expected&quot; please email Support at Support@ozlosleep.com.</li></ul>
