"No sleep data found" when uploadingUpdated 2 hours ago

Please follow the steps below to help resolve issues when “No sleep data found” when uploading:

  • If you did not sleep with the buds in your ears, this is normal. 

    • Ex, the sleepbuds were left on your night stand while you were sleeping.

  • If you used the buds while awake, this is normal.

    • Ex, the sleepbuds were used to listen to music during the day.

  • If this happened after normal sleep usage and your data doesn’t show up after a few minutes, please contact Support at [email protected]
