Sleepbuds® won't connect to the caseUpdated 6 days ago
In some cases, the Ozlo Sleepbuds might lose their connection to the Ozlo Smart Charging Case. To check if they have, open your case while the buds are docked and check the two long Sleepbuds LEDs.
If they are blinking twice rapidly for more than 3 minutes, try removing the buds from the case and placing them back inside. Attempt this action more than 3 times.
If the above action doesn't cause the Sleepbuds to quickly connect, this is likely because the Sleepbuds need a reboot. Follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Important: If the Ozlo Sleepbuds lose connection during a firmware update, do not perform these debugging steps unless directly prompted to do so by a Support agent. Multiple disconnections are an intended part of the update process.
1. Open the Smart Charging Case.
2. Close the Smart Charging Case and wait 30 seconds.
3. Open the case.
4. Check the long Sleepbuds LEDs. They will double-blink rapidly for 5 to 7 seconds and then go to a slower pulsing rate.
5. If they continue to blink rapidly after 1 minute, try the above troubleshooting steps again.
Perform a Factory Reset (Warning: You will have to clear the Ozlo Sleepbuds off of your Phones Bluetooth pairing list. The product name will revert to Ozlo Sleepbuds and you will have to set up any alarms or settings again). Please follow the instructions at this link https://ozlosleep.com/blogs/user-guide/factory-reset. If performed properly, the second and fourth light on the case should be blinking. The Ozlo Sleepbuds will be in pairing mode and ready to connect to the Ozlo Sleep App.
